Below are some FAQ (frequently asked questions), we hope will answer any questions you may have. If your question is not answered below, please send an email to info@billbam.com

Do you buy private collections? We do not buy private collections.

Do we have printed catalogs? We do not have catalogs due to the quickly changing nature of our product line.

Can I return my order if I decide I do not want it? Yes, all orders are 100% guaranteed and can be returned at your expense for a credit less the original shipping charges and a 10% restock fee (this covers the original cost of shipping supplies and credit card fees that we are unable to recover). All items must be returned to us within 30 days of the original shipping date. International orders must be returned within 30 days of being received. You must contact us before returning any item to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Any item that is returned without a RMA number will be refused by our receiving department and returned to you.

Can you tell me the value of my collectible? No, we do not appraise collections. We do not have enough information to do so. You might check a local bookstore for price guides or collectible books on your topic. Also you can check Ebay for the price of closed auctions on items similar to yours.

Do you sell wholesale? We do not have a defined wholesale program. However, if you are planning a large purchase ($500 or more) please email us what you are interested in and we can generally provide a discount over our listed prices.

Do you ever offer discount coupons? Yes, we almost always have a free shipping coupon (check the top of our site for details.) We also offer discount coupons to subscribers of our email newsletter, you can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address into the subscription box on the bottom left of our site. We also offer discount coupons for large purchases of $500 or more. Please email us directly about this coupon if you are interested. Please remember only one coupon can be used per order! (This includes free shipping coupons and discount coupons.)

When will I recieve my order? This depends on where you are located and what type of shipping you've selected. We generally ship all orders (placed by noontime Pacific Time), the same day (Monday - Friday) or we will ship the next business day. If shipping UPS Ground, it will take 2-6 business days for delivery. The closer to our west coast location, the quicker it will arrive. We also offer UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day service for date definite delivery times (days quoted are transit days after we ship your order, not days from the time you place your order.) International orders shipped via Standard Airmail will typically take 10-14 days and Express Mail 5-7 days (mostly due to your customs department).

How will I know my order has shipped and will I get a tracking number? We will email you when your order has shipped, generally within 24 hours of shipment. If shipping UPS or Postal Express mail, we will email your tracking number along with a link for UPS and USPS tracking sites.

Are your products new and what condition are they in? All of our products are new and come directly from their factory shipping cartons unless specifically noted in the item description and are in mint to near mint condition. We do not sell used or reconditioned merchandise!

Why doesn't shipping charges appear on my order? If you are in a country other than the U.S. shipping charges will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We need to package and weigh your order before shipping charges can be determined. If you are in the U.S. and no shipping charges appear then you have probably selected a shipping method that does not go to your location. For example, UPS Ground does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do we ship to APO/FPO address? Yes, please select Priority Mail for shipping.

What method of payments do we accept? We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex and Paypal (paid within 24 hours). We do not accept money orders or personal checks.

Why will your shopping cart not allow me to order as many items as I have selected? Most of our items are controlled by our inventory system. If you attempt to order more than we have available, it will either reduce your total to what we have on hand or advise you the we are out of stock.

Will all the items I order be in stock? We make every effort to keep our inventory system up to date so that all items are in stock. If for some reason we have run out of stock on an item you have ordered, you will be emailed within 24-hours to notify you of this fact.

Why was my order cancelled? If we have a problem processing your order we will email you within 24-hours for a correction. If we do not receive a reply within 48-hours we will cancel your order. If your card has been declined by the card company, we will cancel the order at that time but still email you to correct the billing. (We cannot hold items from stock if your card is not accepted by the issuing card company.) Also we reserve the right to accept or deny any order and we will email you if it has been cancelled.

Do we sell email addresses, phone numbers, or snail mail addresses? NO NO NO! All information you give us is strictly confidential. Please review our published Privacy Policy for more details.
